2. What data we process and why
2.1 Visiting the website (server log files)
Each time the site is accessed, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This data is needed to run and secure the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest) and is deleted after a short period set by the hosting provider.
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
2.2 Contact by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp
When you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, e-mail address, desired dates, number of guests, flight details for transfers) in order to reply and to prepare a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract).
For e-mail we use Gmail, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Google may transfer data to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
2.3 Accommodation, transfers and transport
For accommodation bookings, airport transfers or transport services we process the data required to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In addition, we are legally required to keep certain data, for example guest registration records and tax and accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for technical reasons. We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.
- pll_language – remembers your chosen language (Romanian/English), valid for 1 year.
- WordPress cookies – only for logged-in site administrators.
The website does not load fonts, maps, videos or other content from third parties.
4. Recipients
We only share your data where necessary: with our hosting provider, our e-mail provider, our accountant, and with authorities where we are legally obliged to. We never sell personal data.
5. Storage period
We keep data only as long as needed for the respective purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 6 months. Contract and tax documents are kept for the period required by law.
