Tuzla Beach lies south of Constanța, below the high cliffs between Eforie Sud and Costinești. There are no big hotels, just a few small beach bars and a relaxed, slightly bohemian atmosphere. It is a good place for a quiet day by the sea, away from the crowded resorts.
