Danube–Black Sea Canal at Medgidia

Calm water, bridges and wide landscapes in the heart of Dobrogea

The Danube–Black Sea Canal links the Danube with the port of Constanța and passes the town of Medgidia. Wide banks, calm water and the surrounding hills offer open views, and the bridges over the canal are good spots for photography. It is a quiet stop for anyone who wants to see the lesser-known side of Dobrogea.
